As interest in the new lifestyle real estate brand increases, so too are the number of locations for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
The new Crows Nest office will be operated by Lloyd Allen, Office Principal (LREA) and Jane Allen, Principal and Licensee (LREA).
Having been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years on Sydney’s Lower and Middle North Shore, Lloyd has a track record of consistently delivering strong results and brings to the industry a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Lloyd started his real estate career with a great old brand that a few may remember – Asset Realty.
“I learnt so much in those early days and look back at how far the industry has come. It’s still a blast looking after my clients and working hard to turn their dreams into reality and knowing they’ll be clients for life,” Mr Allen said.

The grand opening of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office in Crows Nest took place on Friday evening in front of family and friends, customers, members of the local community, and attendees from the corporate team.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney was there to welcome the Crows Nest team on board.
“It is wonderful to have people of such great calibre join our growing brand. Lloyd and Jane have run a successful business for many years, and we are thrilled in their decision to further their success with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate,” Ms Delaney said.
