A street in the Perth suburb of Bullsbrook has recorded the highest average views per listing of any street in the country, according to new realestate.com.au data covering the year to August.
Shady Hills View topped the national list with 20,800 average views per listing, driven by what’s been dubbed the “witch-house”, listed at the end of 2025.
Melbourne’s Toorak took out second and third spot, with Clendon Road (18,800 average views) and Hill Street (18,600) both making the top three.
Perth’s Saunders Street in Mosman Park (17,100) and Melbourne’s King Road in Harkaway (16,900) rounded out the top five.
For Sydney, Oak Road in Matcham led the way, drawing around 12,300 average views per listing over the 12 months.
The remainder of the top 10 was dominated by Melbourne and Perth streets, alongside one Adelaide entry:

- Nepean Highway, Frankston South (Melbourne) – 12,300
- Harcourt Street, Hawthorn East (Melbourne) – 12,200

Luc Redman, realestate.com.au’s Economist, said the results reflected a long-standing curiosity among Australians about how the other half lives.
“Australians have always been interested in how others live, whether that be in luxury areas or unique homes; we’re a nation that loves a stickybeak.”
He said most of these streets are in Australia’s most sought-after suburbs, with luxurious homes, large block sizes, and leafy green streets.
“The home values on these streets tend to be unattainable for most Australian households, so when they do come on the market, Australians take a particular interest in how people in iconic locations like Byron Bay, Noosa Heads, or Toorak live,” he said.
