If you spot RE/MAX New Zealand General Manager Corinna Mansell with balls of yarn in her arms, you can be sure there’s another warm blanket on the way to a family in need this winter.
Ms Mansell is working with Variety – The Children’s Charity and one of its partner organisations to provided warm blankets and clothing for families in need
“Variety the children’s charity is dear to my heart, and I’m proud to be helping give to New Zealand kids in need,” said Ms Mansell.
“RE/MAX New Zealand is committed to supporting the community, an attitude that runs wholeheartedly through our global organisation; and, as a large network in this country, RE/MAX New Zealand is proud to support Variety – The Children’s Charity.
“I have my knitting needles out for Variety and I hope to have a strong core of dedicated knitters knitting and crocheting away alongside me.
“This is an on-going initiative, and we are looking for warm-hearted New Zealanders who would be able to knit and crochet clothing and blankets, and have them delivered to Variety for distribution.”
