Dennis Vertzayias has joined Colliers International as National Director, Head of Residential NSW Project Marketing.
With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, primarily in the new developments and project marketing sectors, Mr Vertzayias has successfully represented some of Australia’s top institutions and private developers, overseeing a pipeline of more than $7 billion in new projects primarily across Sydney Metro, Eastern suburbs and also across NSW and QLD. These have ranged from medium-scale high-end boutique developments through to multi-staged, $800m urban renewals, comprising of 1,000 + dwellings.

Some of Mr Vertzayias’ most prominent clients include Toga Group, Stockland, Brookfield, Multiplex, Charter Hall, Sunland, EG, Daiwa House, Metro Property Development and Alceon, TA Global and BRDB.
