Colliers International have welcomed National Director Nick Greenwell to their Occupier Services team.
Mr Greenwell has rejoined Colliers International, originally working for the company for five years between 2002 and 2006. With over 15 years’ industrial property experience, Mr Greenwell has a strong reputation as a well-rounded expert and has worked across all major sectors of commercial real estate.
“We are pleased to have Nick boomerang back to lead the NSW Industrial Occupier Services team, where he will play an integral role in growing the business and integrating Logistics and Supply Chain Consultancy into our service offering,” said Doug Henry, Managing Director, Occupier Services at Colliers International.
“Nick’s most recent role, as a Development Manager, will also make him particularly valuable on design and construct projects across the occupier market.”
As well as Colliers, Mr Greenwell has held positions at Fife Capital, Walker Corporation and Investa, with direct experience in a development role, an institutional role and an agency role.
