Boutique network CobdenHayson have welcomed Debbie Jepson and Robyn Mannix to their Lane Cove team.
CobdenHayson has five strategically located offices across the Inner West and Lower North Shore in Sydney. In 2020, CobdenHayson acquired Stone Real Estate Lane Cove and opened their Lane Cove office in the heart of the bustling local plaza.
Agency principal Peter Gordon revealed they wanted to recruit strategically, rather than rushing into the hiring process too quickly.
“[We] have instead spent the last 12 months bedding down our property management business and studying the local market to identify which agents share our values and will best fit the CobdenHayson ethos,” Mr Gordon said.
Mr Gordon went on to explain they have identified new opportunities for growth in the Lane Cove market, where Ms Jepson and Ms Mannix have developed a strong reputation.
“Debbie and Robyn are both incredibly well regarded and experienced in the Lane Cove area and they operate with a rare level of humility and ethics,” he said.
“We are very excited to bring them onboard and to share our future growth with such talented, likeminded people.”
Ms Jepson said CobdenHayson’s community focus drew her to the agency.
