In further evidence the Gold Coast property market is firing on all cylinders, the team at Ray White Broadbeach | Mermaid Beach have announced they have expanded, opening a new office in neighbouring suburb Burleigh Heads.
Local area specialist Troy Fitzgerald will be the face of the sales business alongside second-generation industry agents Tiger, Conner, and Jared Malan.
Burleigh Heads is one of the most popular suburbs on the Gold Coast and is renowned for its foodie scene, national park, and Insta-worthy sunsets.
In addition to being a well-known surfing mecca, the suburb’s property market is on fire, with demand coming from executives and families looking to enjoy one of the Coast’s most attractive lifestyle locations.
As well as being a popular tourist destination, slightly inland, at West Burleigh there’\ is a large industrial park that is home to some great shopping and a delicious dining scene.
The Ray White team has a wealth of experience in the local area, are excited to be have opened their new business at 8/27 Park Ave, Burleigh Heads.
Mr Fitzgerald has built a solid reputation in the area as one of the region’s go-to sales agents and said he prided himself on his integrity and solid work ethic.

The family-owned business owners said they were excited to be opening a new office in the heart of Burleigh.
Tiger Malan said Burleigh had still managed to retain a charming “village vibe” and properties in the suburb were more sought-after than ever.
