BresicWhitney’s Mission for 2025 is to be the ‘leading property group in Sydney’.
BresicWhitney has revealed its 2025 Mission to be the ‘leading property group in Sydney’.
This is an evolution of its lifestyle-focused positioning, taking a wider lens that aims to continue leading the property experience and environment for all who participate.
This includes its people, its clients, and the communities in which it operates.
Key to the group’s strategy is its sharpened focus on leading in markets within 10 kilometres of the Sydney CBD.
This includes slated expansion plans for the Lower North Shore and Eastern Beaches, to complement its strong presence in the Inner West, Inner East, and Hunters Hill markets that has been built over the last two decades.
Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn said the Mission was key to the group moving forward as a collective, following what had been a record-breaking 2021/22 Financial Year with over $50 million of revenue generated and growth across the business.
“People are at the centre of everything we do – their experience and success defines ours, and we are proud to shape theirs.
“It’s therefore essential that we have a shared understanding of not only what ‘leading’ means to us, but what it means for us, including the immense opportunities it will provide for all our people and our clients, and how we can achieve it together.”
Mr McGlynn added that while the group’s expansion plans were significant, they were sustainable.
“We are not seeking growth for the sake of it. Our target markets are those in which we believe there is appetite for the point of difference and expertise that BresicWhitney is synonymous with.
“These are markets that make natural sense for us to be in as we move towards 2025, particularly as buyers, renters, and investors – many of whom are also active in our key Inner Sydney markets – seek out homes across various price points in these communities.”
Another component of BresicWhitney’s 2025 Mission relates to its intention to continue delivering unparalleled experiences and opportunities for employees.
Will Gosse, BresicWhitney’s Chief Operating Officer, said the group had a track record of offering career experiences and growth that was unique in the real estate market.
“Many of our leadership team and peers have been with us for five to 10 years and have witnessed the myriad opportunities that we can provide.
“As a group, we remain genuinely passionate about empowering our people to find their place in property, and the role we can play in helping them define and deliver on what success looks like for them.”
Mr Gosse added continued investment in the group’s creative arm would cement the department’s operation and capability of one similar to an in-house creative agency.
“Photography, videography, and storytelling will be key to how we continue to bring properties to life moving forward. They’ll also be key in how we tell the tales and triumphs of our diverse people, and the way real estate, architecture, and design shapes our collective experience in life.”
Underpinning BresicWhitney’s 2025 Strategic Direction and ambitions for growth is the strong transactional record and financial position of the business.
BresicWhitney has transacted $4.58 billion of Sydney real estate in the past two Financial Years (2020-2021, 2021-2022), reflecting both its lead in existing markets and its continued investment in, and engagement with, the premium end of the market.
Further reflecting the latter is the group’s Average Selling Price (ASP), which grew 12 per cent in the last Financial Year to $2.18 million. It continued to grow in the month of August 2022, to $2.33 million.
In the 21/22 Financial Year, BresicWhitney also expanded its property management portfolio to over 3000 residences, an increase of 5.2 per cent.
This reflects the continued value proposition and ambition to lead that BresicWhitney brings to the Sydney property management space.
