BresicWhitney has partnered with financial advisory firm Fox & Hare to deliver a financial wellness program for its staff, extending the support it offers its people beyond the workplace.

The initiative will run complimentary workshops for BresicWhitney’s team throughout August, covering practical strategies across cashflow, tax, superannuation and investment.

Staff will also have the option to work with Fox & Hare on a longer-term, individualised basis beyond the initial sessions.

BresicWhitney Chief Financial Officer Daren Chan said the program was part of what he described as a broader people-first strategy that goes beyond culture and values into how the company develops its people.

“The complex economic landscape is demanding more from all of us, and we wanted to help our people confidently navigate it. Not as a one-off, but as part of how we empower and upskill our people for the future,” he said.

Fox & Hare co-founder Glen Hare said financial wellbeing had ripple effects that extended past the individual employee.

“Financial wellbeing has never been more important. The benefits of it are often felt beyond the individual, elevating team performance and driving engagement,” he said.

Daren said the partnership would be tailored to the range of career stages and financial positions across BresicWhitney’s team.

“Glen’s experience will ensure the learnings are relevant and practical across the diverse career stages and financial positions of our team. We’re looking forward to the workshops and building on the partnership over time, as we continue to evolve our people-first strategy,” Daren said.

The workshops begin this month, with BresicWhitney staff able to continue the relationship with Fox & Hare on an individual basis once the initial program concludes.
