BresicWhitney has appointed Tony Youssef as Commercial Manager and Michael Lahood as Commercial Associate, expanding the leadership of its commercial property division.
Tony brings two decades of experience across the sector and will lead BresicWhitney’s commercial management function.
Michael’s background is in business ownership, which the group says brings a customer-first perspective and commercial acumen to service delivery and strategy.
Commercial property services, including portfolio management, sales and leasing, have been part of BresicWhitney’s offering for several years, contributing to a managed portfolio the group says spans 5,000 properties, alongside $3 billion of property sold annually across the business.
Head of Property Management Chantelle Collin said the appointments reflected the group’s intention to lead in the space.
“Being a trusted advisor across the investment lifecycle is paramount for us, as is investing in the people who make that possible,” she said.
“Continuing to strengthen the talent across our team, in both service delivery and portfolio strategy, is how we intend to lead in this space. We’re delighted to welcome Tony and Michael to BresicWhitney and look forward to supporting their careers.”
Tony said his focus would be on nurturing existing client relationships while building sustainable growth.
“Portfolio management has changed significantly in recent years and so have client expectations. BresicWhitney continues to set the standard in how they think about and deliver on both.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the team and shape our commercial offering into the future,” he said.
The appointments sit within BresicWhitney’s broader approach to property management, which the group says is built around specialisation and career development at each stage of the client lifecycle, from business development and leasing through to portfolio management.
