Better Homes and Gardens grows QLD presence with Beerwah office

After launching the first Queensland-based Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office in November 2019, Danelle Wiseman and Jonathan Pattinson have opened their second office in Beerwah, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Danelle and Jonathan have a combined 39 years’ experience across all facets of the industry, and will lead and mentor their Beerwah team to grow their already strong market share in the rapidly growing area.

Principal Danelle said client service remained a top priority with the opening of the Beerwah office.

“We have built a team culture around a high level of care, compassion and performance that is well supported. We look forward to being able to service the needs of Beerwah and the surrounding community with the same focus and commitment,“ she said.

Selena Wiseman, an experienced professional with more than 10 years’ industry experience, will be the Licensee in Charge of the Beerwah office.

She will work alongside husband and wife team Andrew and Wendy Dobbie, as well as agent Natalie Waters.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Chief Executive Officer Michelle Delaney praised Danelle and Jonathan’s work in establishing the brand in Queensland.

She said the business had gone from strength to strength since they joined the brand after operating as an independent agency.

“I was greatly confident in Danelle and Jonathan achieving great success with their first Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office and know this will continue with their expansion into Beerwah,” Ms Delaney said.

“Danelle and Jonathan run a very customer-based business and are a large part of the Sunshine Coast community, which will extend across the hinterland region.”
