Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has expanded to Queensland with the first office in the state opening in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.
The unique lifestyle brand has experienced consistent growth and maintained strong interest from industry professionals since its launch earlier in the year. Flagship offices have been established in strategic locations along the east coast, with this newest location to be operated by experienced Principals Danelle Wiseman and Jonathan Pattinson.
Ms Wiseman has lengthy industry experience across multiple product lines including 15 years selling residential real estate, eight years in property management, and six years in project marketing and off plan sales.
Her most recent four years have been as a selling Principal for their own independent agency, Deejay Property Group, prior to joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate family.
“We are so excited to be able to increase the support to our staff by joining this great brand,” Ms Wiseman said.
Ms Wiseman partnered with Mr Pattinson five years ago as they began selling residential real estate as a team prior to opening their own office.
Mr Pattinson was a builder for 20 years and has experience in design, selling and project management at a corporate level.
“Having been approached by many other major franchises, we never felt aligned with what they had to offer us, our staff and clients, and more importantly, their culture,” Mr Pattinson said.
“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate appealed to us as we felt very congruent to its strong brand as being helpful and having a down to earth common-sense approach to presenting and maintaining your home and garden.”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney said she had known Mr Pattinson and Ms Wiseman for some years and was excited to have them heading up their first Queensland office.
“Having run a very successful customer-based business which is a large part of the Sunshine Coast Community, we are thrilled in Danelle and Jonathan’s decision to further their success with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate” Ms Delaney said.
