Belle Property recruits top-performing agent in competitive Brisbane market

Highly awarded and locally renowned sales agent, Darcy Lord, has joined the Belle Property Bulimba team.

For over 15 years, Darcy has been operating in Bulimba and has established himself as one of the leading agents in Brisbane’s inner eastern suburbs, transacting over $300 million worth of property across core market areas.

Darcy explained leaving his previous agency was a tough decision to make, but it was prompted by the urge to pioneer his own team.

Having grown up on a 600,000-acre cattle station in rural Queensland, Darcy’s ethos and client care underpin his successful career to-date.

He saw the opportunity to work alongside Belle Property’s No. 1 Sales Agent, Tony O’Doherty, as the chance to propel his career to the next level.

“Tony O’Doherty has made a stamp in the area that I am committed to, and after several meetings and conversations, we understood our values were the same. That’s when you know you can escalate and achieve great things,” Darcy said.

Belle Property’s Head of Queensland, Jon Iceton, said Darcy not only elevated the team but proved Belle Property Bulimba was gaining traction in a competitive marketplace.

“Darcy is a highly motivated and driven individual whose values are very much aligned with Belle Property’s,” Jon said.

“He is a fantastic agent, and we’re very excited to see the many successes he is sure to have with the brand.”

Over the past 10-months, Belle Property has opened three new residential offices, a commercial retail arm, and has acquired several top-performing real estate professionals.

“There is a level of integrity in the business that runs from the top down to its people,” Darcy said.

“I wanted to be part of a brand that not only values its people but can relate to the people of the area.”
