Belle Property opens North Lakes office following Bowmaker rebrand

Belle Property has officially launched a new office in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region, with Chris Bowmaker rebranding his real estate.

Queensland real estate principal Chris Bowmaker has relaunched his business as Belle Property North Lakes, with the new name taking effect from today.

Formerly Bowmaker real estate, the office rebrand shines a spotlight on the area’s burgeoning reputation as a premium lifestyle location.

Located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, North Lakes offers easy access to Brisbane Airport, and its surrounding suburbs have become increasingly popular destinations for buyers, renters and investors alike.

Belle Property Chief Executive Officer Peter Hanscomb was full of praise for Mr Bowmaker’s decision to become part of the Belle family and excited the brand was expanding into North Lakes.

“The Moreton Bay region is one of the fastest-developing areas in Australia,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“It’s master-planned, home to multicultural communities, brimming with world-class amenities, and has great connectivity to the best of southeast Queensland.

“The area has gained an exciting reputation that matches the energy of our premium network, so we’re thrilled to work with local real estate trailblazer, Chris Bowmaker, to really put it on the map.”

Mr Bowmaker is a long-term North Lakes resident who has played a pivotal role in the local market, having worked in the region for two decades for companies including Stockland and Plantation Homes, as well as independently.

As the founder of Bowmaker real estate, he was the first agent in the area to break the $1 million threshold.

Mr Bowmaker said the increasing popularity and growth of the North Lakes area had informed his decision to rebrand his boutique agency and become part of the Belle Property family.

“I am rebranding Bowmaker to reflect the growth and maturity of the area, which now boasts properties that are very much of a style and calibre synonymous with the Belle Property brand,” he said.

“The region deserves a premium brand that can provide greater reach and a broader framework, while still carrying out homegrown values of honesty, respect, openness, integrity, and professionalism.”

Mr Bowmaker said his office had been the region’s premium real estate agency for more than a decade.

“Rebranding with the Belle Property logo will fortify this reputation while providing the community with elevated real estate standards and superior outcomes,” he said.

Belle Property North Lakes services North Lakes, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs, Griffin, Dakabin, Kallangur, Petrie, and Kurwongbah.

Mr Bowmaker’s team at Belle Property North Lakes includes sales agents Emma Hawkins and George Patsavouras, and Jackie Mosionek in sales support.
