High-performing Daylesford sales duo Natalie and Ashlee were thrilled to be chosen to represent Tom and Sarah-Jane, which also gives them the opportunity to showcase their region to a wider audience.ย ย
The Announcement:
Belle Property is excited to be returning to The Block again this year, representing House 1 for contestants Tom and Sarah-Jane in this yearโs โTree Changeโ season set in regional Victoria.
The sales campaign for 191 McGeorge Road, Gisborne, will be driven by Natalie Fagan and Ashlee McKee from Belleย Property Daylesford, with David Wood from Belle Property Albert Park returning for his 12th season on the show as Tomย and Sarah-Janeโs auctioneer.ย
Well-aware that David is a three-time winning Block auctioneer, plumber Tom and social worker Sarah-Jane had theirย hearts set on Belle Property representing them this year. But they werenโt the only ones so had to do some stealthyย manoeuvrings to secure their preferred team – putting in a call before the other contestants had chance.ย
High-performing Daylesford sales duo Natalie and Ashlee were delighted to be chosen to represent Tom and Sarah Jane, which also gives them the opportunity to showcase their beloved region to a wider audience.
โWe canโt wait to bring as many quality buyers to House 1 for Tom and Sarah-Jane as possible. We are so proud ofย where we live and work and itโs a great opportunity to showcase the Macedon/Gisborne region, which offers theย perfect lifestyle balance for those wanting to live sustainably and โoff-gridโ but still within easy reach of Melbourne,โย said Natalie and Ashlee.ย
Returning for his 12th season, auctioneer David Wood is similarly thrilled to be back on the show, saying, โThe Block is the ultimate real estate programme. Every year Iโm blown away by the exceptionally high standards and this year is their biggest undertaking ever. Itโs incredible to see the effort that goes into these homes, Iโm honoured to be able to play a part on auction day and hopefully help Tom and Sarah-Jane take out the competition.โ
This year the show has embraced the increasingly popular notion of a tree change with its location in Victoria’s regional town of Gisborne, near the Macedon Ranges, and an easy 45-minute drive from Melbourne’s centre.
Five homes were moved to the site for the renovations, providing contestants with a blank canvas on which to create their luxurious country dream homes. In keeping with the rural location, sustainability is a major theme this year, with all the homes off-grid and boasting a seven-star energy rating, along with a 1 million litre water tank, geothermal heating and cooling, solar power and wastewater recycling.
CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, said the national real estate group is fully behind Natalie, Ashlee and Davidโs Block campaign this year. โBelle Property is honoured to participate in The Block once again, and we look forward to providing Natalie, Ashlee and David with all the tools and support they need for what will no doubt be a stand-out property marketing campaign for House 1. We wish Tom and Sarah-Jane every success in their Block journey this season and canโt wait to see their finished home โ which given the high standards of their rooms so far, I think we can safely say they are strong contenders for a win in 2022.โ said Peter. The Block: Tree Change airs Sunday at 7pm and Monday to Wednesday at 7.30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
