Belle Property Rochedale and Cornubia have expanded into commercial property, launching Belle Property Commercial Rochedale to service Brisbane’s growing south-east and Logan corridor.
The new division is led by Principal Mandeep Singh and Head of Commercial Grant Turner, and will offer commercial sales and leasing services across office, retail, industrial, childcare and development sites.
Grant brings 20 years of experience across residential real estate, commercial property and digital property marketing, with expertise spanning property marketing strategy, client relationships and positioning properties to reach the market.
Sales and Leasing Associate Nikai Wylde will also join the division, working across commercial sales and leasing while building relationships with local landlords, tenants and investors. They are joined by Jasmine Bains as part of the new team.
For Mandeep, the move builds on the existing Rochedale and Cornubia business.
“We saw an opportunity to extend the service we provide to clients into commercial property, bringing together our established local relationships with dedicated commercial expertise,” Mandeep said.

Grant said the south-east and Logan corridor continued to generate demand across multiple commercial asset classes.

The division will draw on the existing Rochedale and Cornubia network to identify commercial opportunities for clients as their property needs change.
