Belle Property has opened a new office in Sydney’s south-west, with local agency Gilbert and Younan joining the network under the banner Belle Property Camden | Picton | Macarthur.
The office is led by Principals Luke Mannion, Anna Younan and Tanya Gilbert, who bring experience across residential sales, rural property, developments and property management.
The team has expanded from its established Camden base to also service Picton and Campbelltown.
The move gives the trio access to Belle Property’s national network and marketing capabilities, broadening their exposure to buyers beyond the local region.
Already attributed as Luke’s quote — no change needed.
“Camden, Picton and Macarthur have always been more than just a market to us. It’s our community.”
Anna said the decision to join the network was about people, not just business reach.

The launch comes as the Macarthur region continues to grow, with new housing supply, infrastructure investment and demand linked to the Western Sydney International Airport reshaping the area, according to Belle Property.
