Bec Turner has joined First National Cleveland, bringing more than 23 years of industry experience and a track record in property management portfolio growth.

Bec joins the agency after six years helping build one of Australia’s largest property management businesses, where she played a central role in driving organic growth through client relationships, referrals and consistent service.

Across her career, Bec has personally secured more than 2,000 managements, including a career-best 535 managements in a single financial year and 61 in a single month.

In recent years, her role expanded beyond business development to leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.

First National Cleveland Principal Ryan McCann said Bec’s appointment represented a significant investment in the agency’s future.

“Bec’s track record speaks for itself, but what impressed us most is the way she’s achieved those results,” Ryan said.

“She’s built her career through genuine relationships, consistent communication and an absolute commitment to looking after clients. Those values align perfectly with how we do business.”

Rental Department Principal Lisa Turner said Bec’s experience would strengthen both the agency’s property management growth strategy and the development of its people.

“She’s not only an exceptional business developer, she’s also an outstanding mentor who enjoys helping others succeed. That’s a valuable combination for any growing business.”

For Bec, the move represents something of a homecoming.

“The Redlands is where my real estate career began, so being able to return and contribute to the community that helped shape me is incredibly special,” she said.

“I’ve always believed sustainable business growth comes from building trust over time.

“Every new client relationship starts with listening, understanding what matters to people and delivering on your promises.”

Bec said stepping onto the stage at AREC in 2024 had become one of the defining moments of her career.

“Public speaking was something I’d always found intimidating, but saying yes to that opportunity completely changed my perspective,” she said.

“It opened doors to presenting at conferences, running training sessions and sharing ideas with other professionals around the country.

“That’s become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.”

Bec said joining First National Cleveland presented an opportunity to continue growing a high-quality property management business while remaining connected to the community where her career first began.

“There’s enormous opportunity here, and I’m looking forward to helping more property owners experience the value that professional property management can bring.”

Ryan said the appointment reflected First National Cleveland’s long-term focus on attracting experienced professionals who shared the agency’s culture and commitment to service.

“Bec’s reputation has been built over many years through hard work and authenticity. We’re thrilled she’s chosen to write the next chapter of her career with us.”
