Agents set course for the Hills district

Co-Directors Ismail Ates and Marvin Dayupay have announced the opening of a new office in the Hill's district of Sydney

Growth in the Hills district of Sydney has prompted the establishment of a new brand, with Studio Estate Agents set to service Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Castle Hill.

New Co-Directors Ismail Ates and Marvin Dayupay say the unparalleled growth of the region and the opportunity to provide another option amongst the big players is key to continued competition in the area.

With over 15 years of combined experience and a solid track record in their respective core areas, the two are setting themselves up for rapid growth and expansion with a modern vibe.

Ismail Ates has enjoyed strong results in the Kellyville area; albeit as a “new” agent in the suburb.

He says it’s his work ethic that has helped produce outstanding results in the last two quarters of 2020, cementing his place in the Kellyville region.

“The current economic situation has accelerated the need for boutique offices and we believe the conventional real estate franchise is long overdue for change,” Mr Ates said.

“We believe the area is ready for boutique brands that provide sharp and up-to-date processes that assist in the transaction of real estate in 2021 and beyond.

“We’ve certainly got a lot of work to do as we’re competing with established brands that have been around for decades, but the generation is ready to sow their seeds and we just feel we’re prepared to be a part of the future of real estate in the Hill’s district and surrounding suburbs”.

Though Marvin Dayupay’s record stems from experience in the Western Sydney suburbs of Rooty Hill and Plumpton, he says it’s his ability to naturally create strong relationships with clients which will give him a fast start in his new patch.

“It’s not always easy starting in a new area, but I feel the quality of service and attention to detail remains unchanged,” Mr Dayupay said.

“It’s about more than just cutting a deal, it’s about people, and that doesn’t change no matter where you buy and sell real estate.”
