Adam Wong has been appointed a DiJones Licensee, marking the next step in a career spent almost entirely with the business.

Adam has spent 17 years working alongside Chief Executive Officer Dean Mackie and Chief Operating Officer Brent May, building a reputation as one of the Lower North Shore’s most trusted agents.

His move to Licensee recognises that track record, along with his leadership within the business.

“I’ve had the privilege of building my career with people I genuinely trust and respect,” Adam said.

“Over the years, Dean and Brent have created an environment where people are encouraged to grow, challenge themselves and build something meaningful. Becoming a Licensee feels like the natural next step, and I’m excited about what we can achieve together in this next chapter.”

Adam said his approach to the job hasn’t changed.

“Real estate has always been about people. Every property has a story, and every client deserves genuine advice, transparency and someone who is invested in achieving the best possible outcome. That’s the culture I want to continue building with my team.”

Dean said the appointment reflects DiJones’ focus on developing talent internally.

“Adam represents everything we value at DiJones. He has built an outstanding reputation through consistency, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to his clients, colleagues and community.”

“What makes this appointment particularly special is that it has been built over many years of shared experience, trust and growth. We are passionate about creating pathways for talented people to build long-term careers with DiJones, and Adam’s journey is a wonderful example of what’s possible.”

Brent, who has worked with Adam for close to 20 years, pointed to his leadership style.

“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Adam for almost two decades, and throughout that time he has continually demonstrated the qualities of a true leader. He’s someone who leads with humility, earns the trust of those around him and consistently puts people first.”

“At DiJones, we believe great businesses are built by empowering great people. Adam has earned this opportunity through years of dedication, and we’re incredibly proud to see him take this next step.”

DiJones operates more than 25 offices across Sydney and regional NSW, spanning residential, commercial and development sales.
