Former BDM and Corporate Auctioneer Adam Fiteni has been named as the new Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Victoria.
Mr Fiteni initially joined Harcourts Victoria as Business Development Manager and Corporate Auctioneer earlier this year before assuming the role of Acting CEO.
Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles said they were impressed by Mr Fiteni’s quick adaptation to the role.
“We have been thoroughly impressed by Adam’s swift adaptation to the CEO role,” Mr Knowles said.
“His dedication to the network’s people and his commitment to mentoring businesses toward excellence have been commendable.
“Harcourts has successfully attracted top talent externally, which is commendable. However, it is equally crucial to nurture and promote internal talent to foster growth within our organisation.”
With his customer-focused approach and exemplary leadership style, Mr Fiteni brings extensive real estate expertise and a passion for the auction process, supplemented by a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry.
“I look forward to further enhancing and solidifying my existing relationships within the network,” Mr Fiteni said.
“For the remainder of this year and into 2025, our primary objective will be to expand the Harcourts network while fostering internal development.
“This will involve leveraging available training resources and prioritising collaboration to build a community of like-minded professionals.”
He said with a clear strategy in place, the focus will be on integrating emerging technologies to streamline processes, deliver exceptional customer service, and bolster market presence.
By engaging with each segment of the organisation, Mr Fiteni is determined to harness the collective expertise and creativity of the team to propel Harcourts Victoria to new heights of success.
