Former St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday has listed his Oklahoma estate, complete with a professional-standard baseball field where he trained two sons who went on to become first-overall MLB draft picks.
According to Mansion Global, the 136-acre gated property in Stillwater, about an hour north of Oklahoma City, is asking US$12 million (AUD$17 million) – making it the most expensive single-family home currently on the market in Oklahoma.
Mr Holliday, 46, a Stillwater native, purchased the lot for US$3 million in 2018 and built the home with his wife Leslee in 2022.
The baseball field features professional lighting, turf and stands, with a fire pit positioned behind home plate.
The property also includes batting cages.

Mr Holliday’s son Jackson was selected first overall in the 2022 MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles and made his debut in 2024.Â
His brother Ethan went fourth overall to the Colorado Rockies in 2025.

Beyond baseball, the property includes a putting green, gym, indoor pickleball and basketball court, and a two-level pool with a waterfall and swim-through grotto.
The estate also features a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, pond, guest house, workshop and running trails.

The main residence spans 7,500 square feet over a single level, inspired by Texas Hill Country architecture with metal roofs and stone exteriors.
It includes oversized windows, an open-plan living area, butler’s pantry, two offices and five bedrooms.
The home is being sold furnished, excluding MLB memorabilia.
