Evolution of REA Group’s market intelligence offering set to deliver unparalleled data-led insights

The release of new residential benchmarking data expands REA’s market intelligence product suite to support agency growth and development.

Australia’s residential real estate agencies now have access to new market intelligence  insights aimed at supporting agencies to measure, benchmark and grow their  businesses, with REA Group expanding unique market performance data sets.  

Powered by REA Group’s data business, PropTrack, the new release signals the next wave of accessible realestate.com.au data and insights as REA continues to evolve its  suite of customer tools and products. 

Data is key to REA’s superior customer product offering and value. The PropTrack powered CMA and Lead Insights, already available to Pro subscribers, are helping agents have more informed and impactful conversations with vendors and landlords. While this latest release is designed to empower agencies with more extensive data sets.  

REA’s self-service Ignite platform will be central to the evolution of market intelligence  products, with reporting set to expand to include an AI enhanced experience, delivering more actionable insights for all customers.
