Aubrey Plaza lists Los Feliz home for $6.5 million

Comedian and actor Aubrey Plaza has listed her Los Feliz Oaks home for $6.5 million (A$10 million), eight months after the death of her husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena, who was found inside the property in January.

Aubrey Plaza, purchased the 1928-built Mediterranean-style home with Jeff Baena in October 2022, paying $4.7 million (A$7.2 million).

According to Realtor.com, the property was bought via a trust linked to her production company, Evil Hag Productions.

The residence, tucked away on a private street in the coveted Los Feliz Oaks enclave, had last sold in 2017 for $3.6 million (A$5.6 million).

The four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom dwelling has been “meticulously restored and tastefully updated,” according to the listing.

Features include a wine cellar, screening room, oversized steam room, and state-of-the-art sound system.

Outdoor amenities extend to a swimming pool set among landscaped gardens, with multiple living spaces designed for entertaining.

The Parks and Recreation star first met Baena in 2011 and quietly married him in 2021.

Speaking recently on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, Plaza described navigating her grief as “a giant ocean of awfulness,” though said she felt grateful to be “functioning” and moving forward.
