Lizzo has found a buyer for her Beverly Hills home after more than a year on the market and multiple price reductions.
The L-shaped residence went under contract this week with an asking price of $12.5 million (approximately AUD $19.5 million), down from its original listing of just under $16 million (AUD $25 million) when it hit the market in December 2024, according to Mansion Global.
Lizzo, who purchased the property in 2022 for $15 million (AUD $23.4 million) through a trust linked to her businesses, appears set to take a loss on the sale – though the final price won’t be confirmed until the deal closes.
The three-bedroom home spans more than 5,400 square feet and was built in 2018. Its centrepiece is a two-storey atrium filled with foliage, which brings natural light into the main living areas.

A floor-to-ceiling dual-sided fireplace separates the kitchen from the open living room, which connects to an outdoor covered lounge.

The property also includes a formal dining room, home theatre, gym, office, outdoor kitchen with fire pit, and saltwater infinity pool.
The listing was handled by James Harris of Carolwood Estates, who declined to comment.
The property sits on land that previously held a home reportedly owned by Harry Styles from 2014 to 2016.
