Taylor Greive joins Laing+Simmons property management team

Tribunal expert Taylor Greive has been appointed to the Laing+Simmons Corporate property management team, bringing extensive experience to boost the company's in-house support services.

Laing+Simmons has strengthened its comprehensive in-house property management service with the appointment of Taylor Greive, a senior property manager with vast tribunal experience.

Mrs Greive joins the company after overseeing three rent rolls and working as a senior property manager in Western Sydney, bringing operational know-how, strategic insight and frontline tribunal experience to the team.

Her appointment adds a new dimension to Laing+Simmons’ office support commitment, with her expertise already delivering increased tribunal win rates across the network.

The Laing+Simmons Corporate property management team provides flexible support to offices across the network, whether for short-term coverage or long-term business needs.

Michael Anania, Laing+Simmons Head of Property Management, highlighted the significance of the appointment.

“Taylor is a seasoned property manager with a reputation for delivering exceptional results and standing tall in the tribunal room,” Mr Anania said.

“Our in-house property management division is going from strength to strength and we are committed to providing flexibility, expertise and consistency to the Laing+Simmons network. Taylor’s appointment embodies this commitment.”

Mrs Greive has quickly become an integral part of the Corporate team, training property management staff across the network on improving their tribunal success rates and often attending hearings on their behalf.

Beyond dispute resolution, her role focuses on prevention by refining end-to-end project management processes, delivering training sessions, and identifying compliance gaps.

“More than ever, property managers are under pressure and in many ways, they are at the coal face of the rental crisis. Through best practice training and support, including new legislation and changing obligations, we ensure our property managers are fully prepared,” Mrs Greive said.

“Tribunal preparation is where many offices feel the pressure ramp up. Therefore, we don’t just teach the process, we show teams how to win and be prepared. If they need us to step in, we’re there to attend on their behalf or with their team.”

Mr Anania said that Mrs Greive’s appointment enhances the company’s ability to deliver seamless service at the Corporate level.

“We are focused on delivering a seamless corporate experience in which Laing+Simmons people focus on their core business while we take care of the administrative heavy lifting,” he said.
