A green light for $150M luxury development on the Gold Coast’s Golden Mile

Gold Coast City Council has approved plans for a $150 million luxury development along the Broadwater, which has resulted in $100 million in sales in only a week.

The Announcement:

HomeCorp has recorded $100 million in sales only a week after receiving the green light from Gold Coast City Council to deliver its $150 million Eve Residences.

The Eve Residences will front one of the cityโ€™s most idyllic and exclusive waterfront promenades, along the Broadwaterโ€™s prestigious Golden Mile.

With a DA firmly in its grasp, prolific Gold Coast development company Homecorp has shifted gears to harness the buyer demand that has been simmering since whispers of the project began stirring months ago.

108 apartments have now sold, while an additional 16 are under expressions of interest, poised to add another $15 million to the wildly successful sales campaign.

Apartment sales have ranged from $450,000 to $1,850,000.

โ€œWeโ€™re immensely excited to have received council approval so we can begin progressing our plans to bring these exceptional residences to life,โ€ said Ron Bakir, CEO of Homecorp.

โ€œBased off of the significant enquiry we received prior to the launch, the sales rate has just been phenomenal. We have had tremendous interest from local, Brisbane and interstate buyers driven by the incredible nature of the project, amazing amenities, and incredible value.โ€

In an unrivalled location along the pristine Marine Parade, Eve Residences will deliver a 25-level residents-only tower encompassing one of the most spectacular rooftop recreational oases on the Gold Coast.

The lavish rooftop precinct will include an expansive residentsโ€™ club lounge, private dining room, expansive gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms and a heated infinity-edge pool with a panoramic outlook towards the Surfers Paradise skyline and blue horizon of the Pacific Ocean.

Eve Residences is the latest project from Gold Coast-based developer Homecorp Property Group, which has delivered more than $1.5 billion in residential developments since 2004.

Eve Residences has been designed by award-winning architecture firm DBI, which has been shaping the Gold Coast skyline with its iconic and towering grand designs for more than four decades.

It will comprise a total of 155 stunning residences, including 86 two-bedroom apartments, 51 three-bedroom apartments, 16 sub-penthouses and two uber luxurious penthouses. A private lift will also provide exclusive access for residents of its upper levels 20 to 24 and the towerโ€™s basement will offer parking for 281 cars.

Among its extensive lifestyle and wellbeing facilities, the development will feature a 25-metre lap pool and spa, barbecue, and alfresco dining areas as well as a yoga lawn on the expansive 4200m2 site.

โ€œHomecorp Property Groupโ€™s uncompromising focus is on providing high quality, well-designed and affordable modern waterfront apartments, where supply on the Gold Coast is low, with unbeatable amenity and facilities,โ€ said Mr Bakir.

โ€œIts focus is on lifestyle, wellbeing and creating contemporary and yet timeless 21st century living spaces.โ€

Construction works are expected to commence later this year with completion expected in late 2023.
