Singleton-based Williams Property has relaunched its brand with a new name, a strong and diversified team, and the implementation of new cutting-edge technology.
Cameron Williams, the Principal and Licensee-in-Charge of the newly re-named Williams Property, said that the recent innovations are a game-changer for the company.
“Our business has been serving the local community for almost 45 years and I’m proud of our reputation and legacy of trust, experience and professionalism,” he said.
“Relaunching as Williams Property will allow us to build on this and evolve our business to meet the changing needs of the modern property consumer.”
Cameron’s father, David Williams OAM, established his namesake agency, David M Williams Real Estate, in 1975. Since then, the company has become known for quality service, outstanding market knowledge and achieving exceptional results for clients.
Recently purchasing the business from his father, Cameron said the time is right to evolve the business and position it for a strong future.
“For us, it’s not just about a new name and updated branding. We’ve taken a holistic approach, analysing everything we do,” he explained.
“Our focus is on providing the best possible level of service to our clients – and that’s been our starting point for each of the changes we’ve made.”
“Our new website and cutting-edge technology solutions provide a better client experience and this is backed by the strength and experience of the Williams Property team, who are experts in sales, property management, leasing and strata management.”
A fully-licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer, Cameron is also qualified in investment analysis and property valuation. With extensive knowledge of the local market, his experience extends far beyond Singleton. He has worked for a number of multi-national companies across a range of high profile transactions in Australia and South East Asia.
“Our breadth of experience means that the Williams Property team can provide clients with a next-level service,” he said. “Yes, we are a local property company, but our reach extends far beyond – our clients are the ultimate beneficiaries.”
“This is an evolutionary time for Williams Property and the changes we’re making will deliver new and exciting advantages to our clients when it comes to the sale and management of their property.”
“While Williams Property is evolving, the passion and values that unite our team are the same. We’re looking forward to what the future brings for our team, our clients and our community.”
