Colliers has appointed Troy McGuinness as National Director, Office Leasing | ACT, putting him in charge of the firm’s Canberra office leasing team.
In his new role, Troy will lead Colliers’ Canberra office leasing team, with a focus on growing the ACT business, strengthening client relationships and delivering leasing solutions for owners and occupiers.
The appointment draws on his background across institutional property portfolios, government requirements and corporate occupier needs.
“I’m pleased to be joining Colliers and taking on the leadership of the ACT Office Leasing team,” Troy McGuinness, speaking about the move, said.
“Having worked in the Canberra market throughout my career, I understand the different requirements of owners and occupiers across the market.
“Colliers has a strong platform in Canberra and nationally, and I’m looking forward to working with the team to build on that foundation and deliver strong outcomes for our clients.”
Iain Davidson, Colliers State Chief Executive | ACT, said the appointment would strengthen the firm’s office leasing capability in Canberra.
“Troy has spent more than two decades working in the Canberra market and brings a strong understanding of the local office sector,” Iain said.
“His experience across institutional owners, government and corporate occupiers will complement our existing team and strengthen the advice we provide to clients.”
Cameron Williams, Colliers Head of Office Leasing, said the hire added depth to the firm’s national leasing leadership.
“Troy brings valuable market expertise and a detailed understanding of the Canberra leasing environment,” Cameron said.
“His appointment adds further depth to our office leasing leadership team and strengthens our capability to support clients across the ACT.”
