Andrew Harding quickly established himself as a leading agent in the Darwin region since he kicked off his real estate journey in 2017.
One of Darwin’s highest performing real estate agents, Andrew Harding, has partnered with Australasia’s largest property group to take the next step in his career, opening Ray White Darwin.
Mr Harding has quickly established himself as a leading and trusted property professional in the Darwin region since he kicked off his real estate journey in 2017.
A carpenter by trade, he spent almost 10 years learning the ins and outs of building homes before making a career change and becoming an agent.
“I actually saw an ad in the paper and went along to a real estate careers night. I was offered a job the next day, and the rest is history!” Mr Harding said.
“Having that background experience as a builder has given me the knowledge and helped me hugely with assisting my clients and helping them work out the potential in a home.”
Starting out as a sales associate and learning from great mentors and leaders in his office, it wasn’t long before Mr Harding was becoming a popular agent in his own right.
Mr Harding is passionate about auction campaigns, best practice use of marketing, and utilising technology to the client’s advantage.
“I was very fortunate in my first year to learn the ropes directly from Braden Menzies and Sascha Smithett, they have both been great mentors in my journey and have taught me all facets of real estate,” he said.
When the opportunity arose to take a look at what Ray White could offer to a business owner, Mr Harding knew that it was his chance to take the next leap of his career.
“Ray White’s marketing, technology and training is phenomenal, and I truly believe that they are the best partner to achieve new heights for the Darwin real estate market,” he said.
“There are experts within the Ray White corporate team to lead you through every step of business ownership; whether it be property management, marketing, recruitment or performance.”
Mr Harding, who grew up in Tasmania but has called sunny Darwin home for the past seven years, said that he will focus on the premium market and inner city suburbs.
“The greater Darwin region extends from the city out to the rural areas, but our focus will be on the northern, coastal and inner city suburbs,” he said.
“It truly is a fantastic and easy place to live in Darwin; we don’t have traffic jams, everything is an easy 15 minute drive, and of course the warm weather and laid back lifestyle,”
“The housing in Darwin can suit a range of budgets and lifestyle stages, with some suburbs having entry level homes and then a couple of streets away you are seeing $1.5 million price tags,” he said.
Joining Mr Harding in the new Ray White Darwin office is Evie Radonich, Janine Fidock, and Nathan Ratcliffe.
“I have a fantastic and dynamic team alongside me to make the transition a successful one, without my team and their support, this all wouldn’t be possible,” he said.
“We work hard for our clients to deliver on the results they are looking for, whether it be working seven days a week or coming up with innovative solutions for our clients, we are just simply always available,” Mr Harding said.
“We are so excited to see the value that our new Ray White Darwin office will bring to the community, and we look forward to establishing ourselves as leaders for property advice in our beautiful city,” he said.
Ray White SA/NT CEO Matt Lindblom welcomed Mr Harding and the team to the group.
“I have been following Andrew’s career and have always been impressed with how well regarded he is in the community,” Mr Lindblom said.
“We continue to have high performing young agents join us and it’s testament to the wider Ray White group as a whole across our state.
“I look forward to seeing his progress over the coming years, and meeting more excellent team members that he will recruit into our group.”
