Tim Fraser, one of the Upper North Shore’s most established luxury property agents, has joined Ray White Upper North Shore after more than 20 years operating his own agencies.

Tim brings a career sales tally exceeding $1.8 billion and holds suburb records in both Wahroonga and Turramurra, along with record prices across more than 29 individual streets.

He also set the highest auction price ever recorded on the Upper North Shore.

In the $10 million-plus bracket between Wahroonga and Turramurra, Tim has been involved in 60 per cent of all sales – a level of market concentration that caught the attention of Ray White Upper North Shore’s leadership.

“This move is about aligning with a business that is not only high-performing, but forward-thinking,” Tim said.

“Ray White Upper North Shore’s leadership, culture and embrace of technology provide a platform for sustained success at the top end of the market.”

Tim ranked 14th nationally for highest average sale price, according to Ray White Upper North Shore managing director Charles Caravousanos.

“High-performing agents are drawn to Ray White Upper North Shore not only for our culture, but for the strength of the platform around them,” Charles said.

“We’ve invested heavily over many years in building the systems, support, training and leadership that allow our agents to focus on what they do best – delivering exceptional results for their clients.”

Director David Walker pointed to Tim’s strategic approach as a key factor in the appointment.

“His ability to operate strategically at the top end, combined with his consistency in the $10 million-plus space, aligns strongly with our high-performance culture and long-term growth strategy,” David said.

The move sees Tim transition from agency ownership – a path he’s followed since the age of 21 – to operating within Ray White’s broader network and infrastructure
