Property professionals have just one day left to put themselves in the running to be recognised among the industry’s highest achievers, with submissions for the REA Excellence Awards closing at 11:59pm Friday 14 November.
In its ninth year, the REA Excellence Awards celebrate the outstanding performance of REA Group customers and the pivotal role they play in the Australian property market.
Eight submission categories have returned in 2025, including categories for all REA Group customers across residential, commercial, developer and media.
Submission-based award winners will receive grants of up to $10,000 to invest in their business or professional development, personalised advertising assets to showcase their win in local marketing, and media profiling.

- Residential Agency of the Year
- Commercial Agency of the Year
- Property Management Team of the Year
- Game Changer of the Year
- Contribution to Local Community
- Most Influential Woman in Property
- Rising Star of the Year
- Integrated Brand Campaign of the Year
In addition to the submission-based categories, this year’s awards also feature a new residential Top Agent award powered by the same trusted data behind realestate.com.au’s Agent Search rankings.
Top‐performing residential sales agents across the country will be recognised with a ‘Top Agent’ badge on their Agent Profile.
All eligible realestate.com.au customers will be automatically entered.

Finalists for the submission-based categories will be announced in late January, with winners of both submission-based and Top Agent awards announced online in mid-February.
