Boutique real estate network Stone has launched Stone Glenorie, led by husband and wife team Amanda and Rhys Coles.

Fast-growing real estate network Stone Real Estate has started 2023 with a bang, adding a new franchise in Glenorie, northwest of Sydney.
Stone’s first new office launch of the year sees a longstanding independent agency run by husband and wife team Amanda and Rhys Coles, join the network.
Amanda and Rhys Coles founded WFR Real Estate five and a half years ago, becoming the number one agent in the Wisemans Ferry area over that time.
Amanda will serve as Principal of the new Stone Glenorie, while Rhys continues as Sales Director.
The pair said the decision to join Stone Real Estate came after a significant amount of research as well as observing other Stone offices in adjacent areas, and as such, they determined that joining a franchise group was the best way forward.
“Stone Glenorie came about after making the decision in 2022 that it was time to grow our business and for expansion reasons,” Amanda and Rhys said.
“We had watched the success of Stone Hawkesbury and Stone Wyong and wanted to achieve what they had under the banner of a fresh and innovative brand.
“We knew after our first meeting with Head of Franchise, Luke Cameron, that we were making the best decision for our business.”
Stone Real Estate’s reputation as an innovative and forward-thinking, technology-embracing business, was also part of the attraction for Amanda and Rhys.

Amanda and Rhys also see a significant opportunity in the area, with Glenorie not currently having a dedicated real estate agency servicing the area.
Expanding from Glenorie all the way to beyond Wisemans Ferry, their territory has a diverse range of properties including, acreage, residential, waterfront, rural, and lifestyle.
“Glenorie in particular has seen huge growth in the past two or so years, COVID playing a role with this,” they said.
