Stone Real Estate has opened an office in Ballarat, Victoria with two well-known locals, Jarrod Cloke and Samantha Prince.
Jarrod said Stone’s fresh modern brand is a perfect fit for the Ballarat property market.
“This town is attracting so much interest from both buyers and investors that a sophisticated boutique agency like Stone is exactly what it needs,” he said.
Jarrod and Samantha also lauded Stone’s one client database as a big drawcard.
“This is something Ballarat hasn’t seen before and we want to be the ones who introduce it here, have that fresh approach, and use those tools to help clients,” Samantha said.
Stone’s head of franchise Luke Cameron was excited to welcome the pair to the team.
