Stone Real Estate has acquired the rent roll of Brand Property The Entrance, growing the Central Coast business run by principal Abdullah Choudhari.
The deal brings a rent roll previously owned by the Lamont family, described in the announcement as a “highly respected local agency” with deep roots in the Central Coast community, into the Stone network.
Stone’s Wyong office has also relocated to larger premises, a move the group says will support increasing demand as the business continues to grow and attract more agents.
Luke Cameron, Stone Real Estate’s Head of Franchise, said the deal reflected the brand’s focus on partnering with strong operators in key markets.
“This acquisition is a fantastic outcome for Stone and an important step in our continued growth on the Central Coast,” Luke said.
“Brand Property The Entrance has built an outstanding reputation in the local community under the ownership of the Lamont family, and we’re proud to see that legacy continue as Abdullah and his team take the business forward.”
Luke said the Wyong relocation was a further signal of confidence in the local operation.
“The relocation of the Wyong office to a larger premises is another exciting part of this next phase and highlights the confidence we have in Abdullah and his team,” he said.
Abdullah described the acquisition as a natural next step for his business.
“We’re excited to continue building our presence and welcome experienced team members into our broader group,” Abdullah said.
“Brand Property The Entrance has been a respected name on the Central Coast, and we’re honoured to continue the strong foundations established by the Lamont family while bringing the benefits of the Stone network to clients.”
The move adds to Stone’s sales and property management presence on the Central Coast, with the group’s wider systems and support now backing the combined business.
