The curriculum of the Ignite Program will be designed to challenge franchisees to take the next step in their businesses and to raise the bar in how franchisors can service their franchisee group.
โStockdale & Leggo is incredibly excited about working with Deloitte Private to deliver this internal training and development program, which has been designed to strengthen the business skills of our franchisee network,โ Anna Thomas, COO of Stockdale and Leggo said.
Starting in October 2017, The Ignite Program will provide targeted learning modules designed to help franchisees better operate in an environment where good conduct and stricter standards of operation are expected amongst franchise groups. Extending over a 12 month period, the curriculum will deliver an impactful, engaging and thought-provoking experience for all participants and focus on:
- Leadership
- People and Culture
- Operating systems and the digital economy
- Finance, benchmarking and good conduct
Delivered through a blend of small and large group, one-to-many and oneโto-one formats, the program has been designed to not only give the franchisees information and ideas to help them grow their business, but to also encourage them to apply the discipline to embed new ideas and approaches into their usual business operations.
Ms Thomas said the overall objective of the Ignite Program is to expose all franchisee directors to a range of new learnings, concepts, ideas and opportunities via a series of activities, including workshop labs, online webinars, and individual coaching and mentoring. Through the facilitation and discussion of thought-provoking topics, participants will explore what it really takes to become a world-class leader and franchisee director.
The program was developed by Deloitte Private, the arm of Deloitte that focuses on privately owned and family businesses.
