Starr Partners is expanding further into the growing south-west Sydney region, with a new office due to open in Narellan on 1 May.
The Narellan office will be the sixth addition to the string of successful offices already operating in the south-western suburbs, including Campbelltown, Liverpool, Miller, Bankstown and Minto.
Starr Partners CEO Douglas Driscoll said, โWe are focused on continually evolving our NSW network with quality additions to our award-winning group. I have no doubt that the Narellan office will exceed expectations, especially as the property market in Sydneyโs south-west is likely to continue to thrive.โ
The new office will be opened by husband-and-wife team Antoinette Davino and Greg Okladnikov, and will be supported by a team of seven.
Excited about the opportunities presented in the south-west, Ms Davino said, โNarellan and its surrounding areas such as Campbelltown, Camden and Oran Park are expanding quickly due to recent infrastructure announcements, and we want to be a part of the growth within the community.
“Local sellers will benefit greatly from Starr Partnersโ technologically advanced marketing tools. As more young couples and families move into the area, there will be an increase in demand for the current range of properties available and future developments.โ
Infrastructure announced in recent months in Sydneyโs south-west includes the North-South Rail Link train network designed to connect western suburbs to the new airport at Badgerys Creek.
Scheduled to open in 2026, both projects will connect more people to the region, generating local jobs and promoting population growth. Narellanโs town centre has also recently undergone a $200 million redevelopment to capitalise on the forecasted growth of the area.
