Simon Pilcher founded Pilcher Residential in 2012 alongside his wife Terri, and has consistently been one of Annandale’s leading sales agents since 2005.
Over that time, he’s set suburb record prices across Annandale, Lilyfield, Leichhardt, Petersham and Summer Hill, and earned recognition from the Australian Financial Review as Australia’s most accurate agent¹.
The deal marks the third independent Inner West agency to join Adrian William in the past 18 months, continuing a strategy to bring proven local operators into the business.
For Simon, the move comes down to finding a team that matches the standards he’s built his career on.

In his new role as Executive Sales Strategist, Simon will shape sales strategy across the wider business while his rent roll amalgamates into Adrian William’s portfolio.
He’ll continue serving the Annandale market he’s led for two decades, now backed by Adrian William’s broader resources.
For Adrian William principal Adrian Tsavalas, this is one of the standout moments in Adrian William’s growth to date.
