Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald has quietly picked up a stylishly renovated property in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Toluca Lake.
According to The Dirt, The Oppenheim Group agent paid US$2.5 million for the traditional-style property, half a million dollars less than the US$3 million asking price.
The home sits on one-third of an acre of land and was initially built in the 1940s before being extensively renovated over the years.
Inside there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 250sq m of living space that includes hardwood floors, high wood ceilings and designer light fixtures.
Other highlights include an open-plan great room with a fireplace and French doors that connect to an al fresco lounging and entertaining area.
The kitchen features oak cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, an eat-in island that seats four, stainless appliances and an apron-front sink sporting antique brass fixtures.
The master retreat includes large doors that open to the backyard, a walk-in closet, and a bath with dual vanities and a graphic-tiled shower.
There are also two more bedrooms including a secondary primary suite with its own bath and walk-in closet.
Outside there is a large backyard, with plenty of grassy lawn and more than enough room for entertaining.
For the past few years, Fitzgerald has been renting an industrial-style home in the Valley Village area with her husband Romain Bonnet.
