Sam Towndrow joins the team at Bresic Whitney after seven years at Ballard Property Double Bay.

With 17 years of Eastern Suburbs expertise, Sam Towndrow will bolster the group’s already-strong scope and service ability in these coveted markets.
Mr Towndrow joins BresicWhitney from Ballard Property Double Bay where he spent the last seven years.
Prior to that he was with Laing + Simmons for 10 years.
Mr Towndrow is a specialist in the Paddington, Woollahra, Double Bay, and Bondi Junction markets and is also a long-time resident of the area.
With an Average Selling Price in 2022 of $2.8 million, Sam’s reputation is built not only on his ability to deliver but his warmth and care for those he serves.
He will work closely with BresicWhitney’s Maclay Longhurst and team, and with the group’s broader network of agents across the Inner East, Inner West, and Lower North Shore.
