Ronnie Singh launches First National RS Group, pledging a personal community-centred approach

Award‑winning Perth agent Ronnie Singh has opened the doors of First National Real Estate RS Group, realising a long‑held ambition to lead his own agency while remaining part of the cooperative network that shaped his success. 

Mr Singh says choosing First National was straightforward. 

The network pairs a cooperative structure with practical, day-to-day support – strategic guidance, modern marketing and technology, and a culture that shares rather than competes.

“My journey in real estate began with a genuine passion for helping people find not just a property, but a place they could truly call home,” Mr Singh said.

Mr Singh says he grateful for the guidance he received from Jonathan Clover at First National Genesis in Perth, where he made his start and quickly earning industry recognition for both residential sales and property management. 

Now, with First National RS Group, he intends to deliver the same award‑winning service under his own banner – supported by First National’s proven systems, training, and culture of collaboration.
