Irish singer and The Voice Australia judge Ronan Keating and his television producer wife Storm have purchased a Tamarama property for around $6.3 million.
Known as Waterfall House, the 417-square-metre sloping site features a three-bedroom 1920s residence plus a two-bedroom apartment – and can only be accessed on foot.
The property is one of only a handful of homes in the area with direct pathway access to Tamarama Beach.
Access to the home is unique, it cannot be reached by car.
Instead, there are two forest walkways accessed from neighbouring streets.
The couple reportedly bought the property as an investment and plan to rent it out when they are not living in the Harbour City.

According to realestate.com.au, the property last sold for $1.73 million in 2010 to filmmaker David Klaiber and his then wife Michaela, who was the vendor in this transaction.
Ronan and Storm met on the set of X-Factor Australia in 2011 and married in 2015.
They have two children and had been renting in Sydney’s eastern suburbs – reportedly paying $7,500 per week for a $16 million Bronte home.
The former Boyzone singer had previously described their 2023 move into an eco-mansion in Hertfordshire, UK, as their “last house move ever” following a nine-year construction project.
The couple also hold properties in Dublin and Dubai.
The couple worked with buyer’s agents Zoe Tack and Leon Jacques from Aurum Advisory to secure the property, which was sold by Alex Phillips of PPD.
