Robert Krnjeta launches Harcourts TWG in Melbourne's west

Robert Krnjeta is returning to Werribee to lead Harcourts TWG – The Western Group, a new business formed through the merger of Harcourts’ Melton and Werribee offices.

The group is led by Robert, with his brother Petar Krnjeta, Rick O’Halloran, Reece Beckley, Martin Mintoff and Mark Mintoff rounding out the leadership team.

TWG has ambitions to grow to seven offices across Melbourne’s west. The merger gives the group greater alignment across marketing, systems and training, and creates the opportunity to bring other Harcourts businesses into the fold as it expands.

For Robert, who has deep connections to Werribee, the move is about more than combining two businesses.

“Coming back to Werribee means a lot to me,” Robert said.

“I’ve been given some great opportunities throughout my career, and I want to be able to give those same opportunities to other people. For me, it’s about creating a group where people can grow, support each other and have fun along the way.”

“We want people to feel supported, to grow and to be part of something bigger than themselves. Ultimately, we want to build a group that people don’t want to leave.”

Robert said the chance to build a larger, connected group across the west was a key driver behind the launch.

“There’s a real opportunity for Harcourts to grow its presence across the west, and we believe TWG can provide the platform to do that,” he said.

“We’re based in the west, we’re named for the west, and we want to build something that is genuinely connected to the communities we operate in.”

Harcourts Victoria CEO Adam Fiteni backed Robert and his partners to build something significant.

“The launch of TWG is a significant step for Harcourts in Melbourne’s west. Robert knows this market exceptionally well, and his decision to return to Werribee, alongside Petar, Rick and Reece, creates a fantastic opportunity to build something with real scale and purpose,” Adam said.

“What I like about TWG is that the vision isn’t simply about opening more offices. It’s about bringing people together, creating opportunities and building a culture where people want to be part of the journey.”

“This isn’t just about us,” Robert said.

“It’s about building a group where people are aligned, where there’s support, where people can grow, and where we can have a bit of fun doing it.”

With the merger complete, Robert said TWG’s next chapter starts with the goal of seven offices across Melbourne’s west.

“We’re excited about what we can build together.”
