After two years on the market, Rob and wife Sheryl Lowe have managed to sell their eight bedroom Montecito mansion for AUD$63.4 million – a figure that is over their $59.9m asking price – although slightly less than the initial listing of $65.5m.
TopTenRealestateDeals reports the house was built in 2009, and encompasses 10,000 square feet.
The mansion contains eight bedrooms, 11 baths, a library and music room with a fully-functioning bar, an office, a separate catering kitchen, “various conversation rooms and nooks”, a movie theatre, a gym, and one impressive-looking wine cellar. Oh, and there are nine fireplaces throughout, too.
Outside there is a pool house with staff quarters, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a tennis court, a veggie garden, fountains, a koi pond, and views of the Pacific Ocean.
