The Agency has brought together a team of agents in Sydney’s CBD, with Richard Shalhoub at the helm.
Matt Lahood, The Agency’s CEO of Real Estate, said the CBD market had previously lacked a unified presence.
“The Agency recognised that Sydney’s CBD has previously been fragmented,” he said.
“Seeing this opportunity we have hand picked a team of top performing real estate professionals, led by the number one agent in the area in Richard Shalhoub.”
Matt pointed to Richard’s track record as the basis for the appointment.
“With more than $2 billion in property sales and a portfolio of record-breaking results, Richard is trusted by discerning clients who value his expertise, discretion and ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence,” Matt said.
Richard is joined by Property Partner Richard Scholl, Business Manager Lisa Dwyer, Property Partner Emma Vadas, Sales Associate Leah Atley and Portfolio Partner Yianni Pikos.
The team will operate across three offices, in Millers Point, Barangaroo and Surry Hills.
Matt said The Agency has plans to keep growing the CBD offering, including bringing on additional real estate professionals and a commercial management division that is currently in talks to join.
