Under the leadership of Broker Owner Jorg Nottle, the launch of REMAX Encore has been years in the making, sparked by his goals to build a real estate business since relocating to Perth seven years ago.
No stranger to the global REMAX brand, Mr Nottle joined Perth’s REMAX Exchange team as a Senior Property Consultant mid-2024.
Embracing the culture and influence of the brand, he soon set his sights on opening his own agency with the backing of REMAX.
“I’ve always felt the best way to be able to help others is by having the freedom to adjust and adapt how I operate in order to meet the needs of my clients in the market at that time,” said Mr Nottle.

Mr Nottle brings over 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial property management in Germany, having managed one the country’s largest commercial real estate portfolios, valued at approximately €700 million.
His approach to real estate is built on deep industry experience, professionalism and integrity.
He leads with confidence and compassion and has developed a business model founded on honesty and exceptional service.
Mr Nottle emphasises the importance of merging technical expertise with genuine, personal client connections.

REMAX Australia’s WA-based Business Growth Manager Simon Withers shared the network’s enthusiasm welcoming Mr Nottle as the newest REMAX broker owner.
