realestate.com.au have reported an all-time record of more than 128 million visits* to the site over January 2021.
Meanwhile, the brand has launched its new autumn campaign which talks to its audience leadership position and the personalisation features of the realestate.com.au experience.
REA Group Executive Manager – Consumer Marketing, Sarah Myers, said the team took a fresh approach to the autumn campaign, tapping into consumer insights across key audience segments.
“realestate.com.au continues to focus on building highly personalised search experiences for our users.
“The focus we place on understanding audience segments continues to see strong demand across our platforms,” Sarah said.
“We saw an incredible 58 million realestate.com.au app launches in January, up 62 per cent on this time last year* and our new membership sign-ups spiked to record levels in January, growing 44 per cent on last year**.
The creative for the brand’s multi-channel approach for the new campaign includes digital, out of home, radio, digital audio, television and BVOD.
Television viewers will recognise the faces in the fresh TVCs from the brand’s 2020 spring series.
Their stories have now evolved with the couple enjoying their empty nest while their son searches for his own rental property.
