The Australian Business Banking Awards 2016 were held on August 11 with PropertyIQ taking out the award for Most Innovative Business Bank Product or Service.
The award was judged on the ability to “deliver innovative solutions or services to business banks and their customers in performances across all major metrics” and was won on the merits of PropertyIQ’s three core products:
• Portfolio – a property management software
• Connect – a real estate CRM
• Strata – a strata management software
The award was accepted by PropertyIQ CEO Cameron McMillan who highlighted the fantastic team at PropertyIQ as being instrumental to the win, saying, “The passion and dedication of the team has helped to establish PropertyIQ as a serious player in the real estate software industry and this award is a reflection of that.”
The awards were judged by Dhruba Gupta, managing director of DBM Consultants; Moses Samaha, general manager, commercial credit and supplier risk solutions, Veda; and John Harriott, group CEO, Chan & Naylor.
Other winners of various awards included: Westpac, ANZ, Capify, Bank of Queensland and Macquarie bank.
