REA Group named as one of LinkedIn’s Top Attractors

REA Group has been included in LinkedIn’s Top Attractors list, featuring the top 25 companies where Australians would most like to work now, based on LinkedIn data.

Entering the list for the first time, REA Group ranked 17th and was the sole company featured from both the digital and media industries.

Commenting on the honour, REA Group CEO Tracey Fellows said:

“It makes me really happy to see REA Group included in the list. People are at the heart of everything we do, and the fact that REA Group continues to attract key talent is really important.

“We’re fortunate in that we can offer some amazing benefits to our people, benefits that help make REA Group a great place to work. Our parental leave is an awesome example of this.  We offer primary carers six months’ leave at full pay and secondary carers three months’ paid leave.”

REA Group Executive General Manager of People & Culture, Barb Hyman, said the ranking was a reminder of how the internet is helping to shape people’s decisions about where to work.

“Just like REA Group is revolutionising how people find property online, LinkedIn is revolutionising the way people find places to work. We are truly honoured to be included on this list among other leading Australian companies.

“While it’s great to be recognised as a top employer externally, how our people feel about working at REA Group is just as important to us. When we combine our strong employee engagement with this ranking, it reminds me that our people are our best advocates.”
