REA Group’s online wellbeing space for property professionals, Prosper, is now available to all REA customers.
Initially launched in 2022 as an online wellbeing space to support property managers, Prosper is now accessible to all residential, commercial and developer customers as part of the Advantage program.
Prosper is a complimentary online wellbeing centre with a suite of tools and resources designed to support, empower and equip property professionals with skills to overcome the challenges of their day-to-day with confidence.
With a growing library of live and on-demand content, the expanded reach of the program comes as a suite of new resources from workplace wellbeing and performance experts, are launched on the platform, focussed on managing challenging interactions.
REA Group General Manager – Customer Experience and Marketing, Amy Read, said Prosper has been well received by property managers and is pleased to now expand the support of the program to all REA customers.
“Research shows many property professionals identify mental health issues and managing stress as the most difficult aspects of the job,” she said.
“Shifting consumer expectations and market challenges put further pressure on our customers, and we want to help.
“The new Prosper content has been developed with experts at AP Psychology and is designed to help property professionals handle difficult moments with their customers, while protecting their mental health.
“Customers are not immune to challenging interactions and are at times exposed to unreasonable and inappropriate behaviour from their own customers. This new content is intended to help empower individuals to speak-up and de-escalate unreasonable behaviours where required, while maintaining their relationships.”
The Advantage program supports more than 40,000 real estate professionals with a range of programs and initiatives that help customers learn, develop and grow.
